Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am in line with city guidelines. We appreciate your help in keeping the atmosphere peaceful for everyone.

Fire Pit Hours

Our fire pits are available daily from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm—perfect for winding down after a day at the beach.

Non-Smoking Property

Manzanita Oceanfront Inn is a 100% non-smoking property. For your convenience, designated smoking pole locations are available in the back parking lot.

Trash & Recycling

We offer convenient trash and recycling stations throughout the property. Recycling options include cardboard/paper, glass, and plastic—thank you for helping us care for our coastal environment.

Pet Wash & Relief Stations

Traveling with your four-legged friend? Pet wash and relief stations are centrally located at the Neahkahnie Building to help keep everyone comfortable during your stay.

Guest Rinse Station

After a day at the beach, feel free to use our guest rinse station, also located at the Neahkahnie Building—perfect for washing off sand before heading back to your room.

Exterior Lighting

We maintain exterior lighting throughout the property for safety and comfort.
